Data Use Consent

We ask questions about your property and use your answers, together with any photographs you upload, to assess your property's readiness and generate your report.

To prepare your report, your information is processed on our behalf by an artificial intelligence service provider (OpenAI), which may process it only to deliver our service and may not use it to train its own models or for any other purpose.

We may also use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services — for example, to improve the accuracy of our reports.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or other independent purposes. We keep your answers and photographs for 18 months from the date you complete the assessment, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting Jaimebrown@PREPPNow.net.

Please answer only what is needed about your property, and avoid including unnecessary personal details such as financial account numbers or health information.
