PREPP NOW IS A CONSULTING AND PREPARATION SERVICE ONLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY RESPONSE, FIRE EXTINGUISHING SERVICES, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, OR RESCUE OPERATIONS.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A FIRE, MEDICAL EMERGENCY, NATURAL DISASTER, OR ANY OTHER LIFE-THREATENING EVENT, CALL 911 OR YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY DISPATCH IMMEDIATELY.

Do not contact PREPP Now in the event of an active emergency. Monitoring our communication channels (phone, email, or website forms) is not done on a 24/7 dispatch basis, and we cannot dispatch fire trucks, paramedics, or law enforcement to your location. Our services are strictly designed for proactive preparation and planning prior to an emergency event.

2. Nature of Services

PREPP Now provides proactive emergency planning, residential and commercial fire/life safety consulting, and leadership consultation. Our goal is to prepare customers to achieve the best possible outcome in the unlikely event of an emergency such as a brush fire, structure fire, or major weather event.

• No Guarantee of Outcome: While our services and products are designed using decades of professional fire service experience, emergency situations are highly unpredictable. PREPP Now cannot and does not guarantee the preservation of property, assets, or life.
• Implementation: The effectiveness of our consulting relies heavily on the client's willingness and ability to correctly implement the plans, preparation strategies, and compliance recommendations we provide.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services and website, you agree to:

• Comply with all local, state, and federal safety codes and regulations. Our consulting does not supersede the authority of your local Fire Marshal or regulatory bodies.
• Maintain your property and emergency systems independently.
