Thank you for purchasing our Home Emergency & Disaster Preparedness Report. Because this product is delivered digitally and provides immediate access to downloadable information, the following refund policy applies.
Digital Products
Our preparedness report is a digital product. Once your purchase has been completed and the report has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it generally cannot be returned.
Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same report.
- You purchased the report accidentally and have not yet accessed or downloaded it.
- The file is materially defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a functioning replacement.
- A technical problem on our side prevented you from receiving the report.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Refunds generally will not be provided for:
- A change of mind after accessing or downloading the report.
- Failure to read or use the report.
- A purchase made because the customer did not realize the product was digital.
- Circumstances in which the report's recommendations or information do not meet a customer's individual needs.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preferences after the report has been accessed or downloaded.
How to Request a Refund

- The name used for the purchase.
- The email address associated with the order.
- Your order or transaction number.
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
We will review eligible requests and respond within 3–5 business days.
If a refund is approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
